Who doesn't love a good brunch? Working alongside Color Blind Artisnal Ales, we had the idea of crafting the most insanely delicious, thick, sweet, tart breakfast sour. Picture a fruity French toast plate with lots of maple syrup and cinnamon and you have Breakfast in Bed. We used local Vermont Maple Syrup, blackberries and blueberries, cinnamon, graham crackers, and a little lactose.
